To be eligible for for our lease guarantee, you must:
– be a Permanent Resident of Canada
– have resided in Canada for less than one year, and
– be applying for your first permanent rental residence.

How long will it take to get approved?

The process should not take longer than 2 business days.

How much does the lease guarantee cost?

Our current proposed price for the lease guarantee is 5% of the line-of-credit amount, payable in full as a one time payment. Should you need to use the line of credit there will be corresponding market rate interest charges on the outstanding amount being used.
